Very close to the beach, cozy 2-room apartment with terrace, beach chair and private parking. Walking distance from Westerland train station. Suitable for a maximum of 4 adults, there is a 180 cm bed and a sofa bed, but it is only about 135 cm wide. The space We rent out our cozy 2-room apartment right behind the dunes, very close to the beach in the south of Westerland! The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from Westerland station. It is a non-smoking apartment of about 52 m² on the ground floor with a south-facing terrace. At noon/afternoon you have sun here, on the terrace there is a beach chair as well as terrace furniture with seat cushions. The apartment is suitable for max. 4 people, but the sofa bed is relatively narrow at about 135 cm. A baby/toddler travel cot (60 x 120 cm) is available, which can be provided for an additional charge of 10 EUR if needed. The hallway of the apartment with a wardrobe leads to the living room (with exit to the terrace). The bedroom, kitchen, shower room and separate toilet also go off the hallway. The living room consists of a sitting area (sofa bed and two armchairs), a dining area with 4 chairs, radio, large flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The separate kitchen has a ceramic stovetop with 4 stovetops, an oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with an ice compartment. A filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m, two single mattresses). The bathroom has a shower and sink. The toilet with sink is located in a separate room. The house has its own parking space, there is free parking available for the residents/tenants of the house. The paid, mandatory visitor's cards, which allow access to the beach, among other things, will be sent to you by email. More on this below. Guest access Guests will be able to access all areas of the apartment. In addition, board games, playing cards and books are available for general use. Other things to note If you are interested in only 1-2 nights, please simply ask by message! I am obliged to settle the visitor's tax for you directly with the municipality of Sylt. This is 4.10 euros per person per night in the high season and 2.05 euros in the low season. In addition, laundry packages can be booked on request for 35 euros per person.
