IMPORTANT NOTE:- The apartment was refreshed with new furniture at the begining of May 2026 and it looks exactly as on the current listed photos The space This exclusive apartment is located in a very nice building with a beautiful entrance that includes accessibility for people with disabilities. In the building there is elevator however the apartment is on the first floor so you have only a few steps. With an area of 88 square meters the apartment includes a trully spacious luxury living room with cozy dinning area and king size bed which is located in the other half of the living room, spacious luxury bedroom with king bed, small romantic bedroom with double bed, fully equiped modern kitchen, modern bathroom with bath and separate toilet. The apartment is covered with excellent Wi-Fi internet, two powerful portable air-conditioners and two portable fans. Everything needed for a comfortable stay and enjoyable time in Prague, we sincerely hope that you will have a pleasant experience in our property. IMPORTANT NOTE:- The apartment was refreshed and branded with fully new furniture at the begining of May 2026 and it looks exactly as on the current listed photos Guest access Before the arrival of the guest the apartment will always be prepared and clean, all that is written and what you see on the pictures can be used for your comfortable stay Other things to note - Late check in - free of charge; - City (toruist) tax - it is 50czk for each adult person per every night and will need to be paid separately on the arrival, it is not included in the totall accommodation price; - Please note that only the accommodation price for 1 or 2 guests is same and it is the base price, but for each extra guest above then 2 the price is different, the totall price can always be seen before you book the apartment when you add the exact number of guests; - Cleaning fee - free of charge (it is included in the price); - We can arrange taxi transport from/to the airport - 800 czech crowns in one way or 1500 czech crowns in both ways (round trip) for one car, from/to the bus or train station - 350 czech crowns in one way for one car. With two cars transport from/to the airport will be 1600czk in one way or 3000czk for arrangment in both ways (round trip); - We would be glad to recommend to our guests sightseeing tours, restaurants and the most famous places to visit in Prague; - Key delivery upon arrival - a member of our team will meet you in person in front of the building, just please note that the timely communication in advance before the arrival about the exact arriving time or about any unpredicted changes/delayes is really important as there is no reception and we have multiple properties in different locations, so we can arrange a smooth and easy going check in process; - We don't have possibility for luggage storrage in the building as there is no reception and we don't have any available space for that, but we can provide our recommendations about the nearest luggage storrage services which are charging really fair amount and are not overpriced; - Please note that we are obligated by the law to register every guest to the foreign police, it is a self online registration which is going through our fully protected system.
