No charges will be made unless I make a claim within 48 hours after you check out . SECURITY DEPOSITS help cover accidents that occur during stay: - spilled wine, stain on the sheets/ duvet / mattress - broken appliances/ broken mirror - cleaning - unreturned key Security deposit are NOT INCLUDED in the rental cost that you will be paying before you check in. No damage charges will be made to you unless I need to make a claim within 48-72 hours after you check out. Security deposit refundable after 24-48 hours via GCash. Please turn off the air conditioner, lights and all other electrical appliances when you leave the room. Do not leave any valuables in the unit. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, personal injuries, accidents in the unit or within the condominium area. The Condominium Admin office strictly implement NO SMOKING inside the room and within the complex. Smoke sensors are very sensitive . A fine of Php 1000 for each time the alarm is triggered. ** Please observed : KITCHEN RULES** Please clean the dishes after use. We will be charging Php 250 for cleaning fee .
