Direct contact with host via iPhone(in house)-video chat 24/7 as well as convenient local support if needed.　この家は大きくないですが、心地良くて、割合と新しいので、特に問題なくて効率よく清潔に保ちやすい家です。京都にも大津にも簡単に行けるのが得点。大きめな車一台ようの駐車場があります。必要な物は一通りあります。 The space The house is a relatively new duplex with a modern construction of 10 years or less.敷地は約211平方メートルで、建物は約81平方メートルです。大きめの車一台用の駐車場があり、管理し安く、快適な大きさの家と庭です。庭は全面的にフェンスに囲まれていて、ガーデンセットとブーランコを楽しめます。一回には玄関、トイレ、リビング・ダイニング、台所、洗面所とお風呂場があります。リビングには炬燵、ソファー（ソファーベッド）、モニター、本棚、椅子、扇風機、ダイニングセット（六人用）。台所にある炊飯器、電子レンジ、トースター、ガスコンロ、冷蔵庫、、コーヒーメーカー、湯沸しケトル、食器、キッチン道具様々は全てご自由に使って下さい。洗面所・お風呂場には洗面台、テーブルと洗濯機、シャワー・お風呂（自動風呂機能付き）と洗面道具・石鹸様々。二階には寝室は3つあります。ベランダへ通じる寝室1にはシングルサイズの畳ベッドが二台、その奥にある寝室2にはシングルベッドが二台。どちらともベッドを並べるとキングサイズに成り、マットレスや布団も全て一年以下に購入した物です。両部屋にナイトテーブルに電気とUSBチャージャーが設置されていて手軽に電子機器を充電したり、読書して下さい。寝室2には小さなデスクがあり、寝室3にはＭＵＪＩブランドのシングルベッド一台と全身ミラー、ハンガーラック、アンチーク箪笥があります。インターネットはNTT光ネット下り最大通信速度1Gbps(1,000Mbps)のハイスピード。Firestick TV, アマゾンプライム、ネットフリックス、abema TVで映画やドラマ見放題。残念ながら普通のテレビが無いので地上デジタルやBSデジタル放送は見えません。家具・家電はほとんど新品で何一つ問題ありません。This house is a fairly new (less than 10 years old) modern two story house. The property is about 211m² and the house is about 81m². There is relatively large parking space for one car. This house is not large but comfortable, trouble free, clean and easy to use. The yard is completely fenced in and equipped with a patio set and adult swing. On the first floor, there is a toilet, living room/dining room, kitchen, washroom and bathroom. In the living room, we have a bookcase, a kotatsu, monitors and adapters, a chair, a fan, dining table and chairs for 6 for guest use. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas stove, dishes, pots and pans and various kitchen tools that all available for you. The washroom/bathroom comes with a washer, a table, a vanity/sink, a shower, bathtub and various bath accessories and tools. On the second floors there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 which has direct access to the balcony has two tatami beds, bedroom 2 in the back has two twin size beds. All four beds are brand new (less than a year old) and can be placed side by side to make king size beds. Both rooms come equipped with a night table, lamp and USB charger for your convenience. Bedroom 3 has a twin size and full-length mirror from MUJI and an antique Japanese Tansu. We have NTT 100% Fiber-obtic 1000Mbps super-fast high-speed internet throughout the house. Most of our furniture and appliances are new or works perfectly. Guest access Everything in the room is occupied by the guests.敷地の中のいかなる場所も決して他人と共有することはございませんのでご安心下さい｡ ただしダイニングの食器棚と寝室3のリネンクローゼットは使わないでください。Guest has access to all area of the property.
