You will feel the love, promise. Pets are charged extra. The space The Place is 5km from Lansdowne on the Delhi - Lansdowne Road. Situated in upper Gounu village. I am offering one room at this price which is made up of canvas walls, a wooden deck hanging in the valley, a front porch overlooking the garden and covered with flowers and other greenery all around. King-size bed with a view of the jungle and attached bathroom. Guest access Cleaning services every day. A Common Terrace Lounge, a bookshelf. A Badminton court with rackets will be provided. (Bonfires are chargeable.) Other things to note Please note:- 1. One 500ML Bottled Water is provided per person per day.
 2.Tea-Coffee Maker supply is provided once in a day. Important Note:
This is to inform you that at the Kotdwara border, there is a night curfew from 8 pm to 5 am for safety reasons. The cars are not allowed to move uphill from there. Kotdwara is 40 km before Lansdowne and is the point from where the hills start. You are requested to please keep it in mind while starting your journey and to cross Kotdwara before 8 pm. 1. Identification (adhaar card/passport) is to be provided by all our guests at the time of check-in.
 2. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and late check-out can be arranged, both are subject to availability and charges may be subject to additional fees.
3. Any additional person from the number of persons mentioned in the reservation will only be provided accommodation depending upon availability and will be chargeable. Child Policy:
 Children from 1 to 5 years old can stay for free. Children from 6 to 11 years old can stay with nominal charges when sharing existing beds. Extra mattresses will be provided for extra adults for INR 1500.
 
Pet Policy:
 1. Pets are allowed on a chargeable basis i.e. 500 INR per day.
 2. Damages occurred by the pets will be charged extra.
 3. The management will not be responsible for any injuries or their absence.
 4. Immediate cleaning after your pet is essential. 
5. Pets are not allowed in the bar and restaurant. Disclaimer:
 1. Only Jio and BSNL networks are available at the property.
 2. Free WIFI over BSNL optical fibre broadband is available but might face disruptions from time to time.
 3. We do not provide any medicines, only medical assistance, and bandages.
 4. No music or loud conversations after 10 pm.
 
Guest Liability:
 Any damages that are done by the guests or their pets (games equipment, puking, cigarette marks on linens, burning tables, etc.) will logically be paid for in full, by the guest. The receptionist can provide you with the price list upon request.

 1. Food is served as per à la carte. Outside food & liquor consumption is not allowed on campus. 2. Private bonfire for 90 minutes in iron buckets. Timings:
