Atypical and very charming townhouse

Atypical townhouse in a newly renovated duplex in a contemporary/industrial style located in a quiet area of Nantes, Canclaux district, and yet a few minutes' walk from the city center (7 minutes' walk from Place Graslin). For arrival, it's quite flexible during the day, but I work so I need a time slot... send me your requests! The space As the accommodation is a main residence, it offers all the essentials to make guests feel as comfortable as possible: - Equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, SENSEO coffee machine, induction stove, hood) - Provision of bed linen and toiletries. - SENSEO coffee machine (1 capsule/person), tea and some delicatessen will be available. Two bedrooms are available but we prefer the second bedroom for a child/teenager after seeing according to the messages received. The bed is a very comfortable sofa bed for everyday sleeping. (No travel cot on site) The duplex accommodation, with the living room on the ground floor, has a small balcony overlooking a very quiet cul-de-sac but also a completely secure interior courtyard.
