Maps and written instructions/directions are provided upon request. We clean you room daily for free upon request. Linens and towels are provided. Utilities such as electricity, water, cable and Wifi is free. We respect guests' privacy. The street where the property is located is a 2 minute walk to Avenue Mall, a 4 minute walk to Century City Mall, a 7 minute walk to Powerplant Mall, a 12 minute walk to Greenbelt Mall and the Central Business District in Makati. Plenty of restaurants, bars, laundry shops and 7/11 in the vicinity. Grab, uber, taxis and jeepneys are available 24/7 Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. We have open common areas and a large roofdeck with seats and tables where guests can smoke. A fine of Php2,000.00 will be charged for smoking inside the room. Balcony rooms are feasible but will depend on their availability on the day of your arrival and cannot be guaranteed. Due to limited parking and guest confusion our 2 parking slots will now have a rate of 100 pesos per night, if our parking slots are occupied century city mall is a 3min walk away with overnight parking charges.
