It is just up from KFC opposite the Catholic Church and school. Very close to restaurants, cinema and shops. Murray Downs Golf course is just a short drive over the river. Lots of scenic river walks and parks. Lake Boga 10 minutes away. One hour Drive to Sea Lake. Free parking, Linen towels, body wash​, tea, coffee, Milk, Porta cot, Weber BBQ. The space Spacious large rooms with built in robes and very comfy beds. Main bedroom has a queen size bed, Second room has a queen size bed, Third room has two single beds. One very large bathroom with shower and bath. One separate toilet. One large laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer, powder and pegs provided. There is a large open plan fully equipped kitchen and large family room that is very light and bright. Two TVs 2 DVD. Secure outdoor area under cover with table setting for six, cottage garden. Lock up secure back yard, remote control garage. Plenty of off street parking. Milk, Tea, coffee. All linen and towels also supplied. Full- length mirrors, Body wash, Hairdryer, Reverse cycle heating and cooling in all (URL HIDDEN) BBQ on request. Guest access All parts of the house are very safe and secure, there is a garage that fits one car but there is plenty of on-street parking. Other things to note Please treat the house with respect and leave the house as tidy as it was when you arrived. Weber BBQ must be cleaned after use. Please let us know if there are more guests as we will only provide the amount of linen you have booked for. If you have 2 guests and want an extra room just add one extra guest, For 3 guests with one extra room add one extra guest. Please do not use the beds if not paid for. An extra​ fee will be charged to your credit card if there are more guests than booked for. Safe secure courtyard and any mess must be cleaned up. There is no WIFI. Bin Night is Tuesday. Please do not park on the Lawn. All doors must be locked when leaving.
