Vacation home with sea view, pool and barbecue (max. 6 people). The property includes the main house and the chalet. There are 3 en-suites and 1 sofa bed. It has a home office and a children's playground. The house is quiet, fenced, safe neighborhood, quiet and friendly neighbors, with lots of nature and spectacular sea views. Located in Praia de Redonda, 10 km from Icapuí, 2 hours from Fortaleza and 1 hour from Mossoró. 150 meters from the sea, a 3-minute walk down a sandy trail or by car down the street. The space The house is located on a hill with a privileged view of the sea. Here tranquility and nature prevail. It has a 1m deep swimming pool, ideal for families with children. Gourmet/pergola area with outdoor barbecue. It has a large backyard with a children's playground, outdoor tables and hammocks. The home office is in an isolated location of the property and guarantees the possibility of working with peace of mind during extended stays. There is a parking lot (not covered) in front of the house gate, and we have a lot with parking for 2-3 more vehicles just a few steps from the house (30m). The house has 3 suites distributed in the 2 units of the property, all with sea views: Main house: - Suite 1 with 16 m2 and queen-size bed, integrated bathroom with electric shower, and door that opens to the sea. - Queen sofa bed - Kitchen with American bar - Living room with TV - Pergola Annex: - En-suite 2: 20 m2 with a queen-size bed, an integrated bathroom with an electric shower, and a door that opens to the sea. - Suite 3: 20 m2 with 2 single beds and home-office for remote work, integrated bathroom with electric shower. The house is fully equipped for the comfort of guests: coffee machine, oven and stove, refrigerator with freezer, smart TV, fiber internet and hairdryer. The sea-view balcony with pergola is equipped with sun loungers, lounge and hanging chairs, which makes the environment the meeting point of the house and the ideal place to rest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house's infrastructure, including the swimming pool, barbecue, children's playground, gazebo, etc. There is a parking lot (uncovered) in front of the house gate, and we have a lot just a few steps from the house (30m) where 2-3 additional vehicles can be parked. The air conditioner was installed exclusively in a suite to cater for special needs. It can be used for a fee of R$50/day due to the high cost of energy. Other things to note At the request of guests, we can offer services and experiences such as: buggy ride, boat ride, etc. We have services for an extra fee, such as: breakfast and lunch preparation, housekeeping and daily cleaning.
