Welcome to Cœur de Vaunage, our modern 150 m2 villa with 20 m2 studio in Caveirac near Nîmes. This wonderful house can accommodate up to 8 people and has a private pool, spa, petanque/basketball court, ping-pong table and gym. 25 km greenway and walk in the woods from the villa. Shops just 400 m away. 5 min drive to Nîmes and 35 min to the beach. Cleaning is included but you are asked to vacuum The space All spaces are at your disposal except my room which will be locked. That's why it says 3 bedrooms + studio instead of 4 + studio. The studio is never rented out except from October to April when I won't be able to accept more than 6 people. From May to September the premises are entirely privatized to the same family so I can accept 8 people (6 in the villa and 2 in the studio) Guest access Garden with lawn and swing, 115 m2 terrace + 9x4 pool + petanque/basketball court area.
