Cozy room in the Paradise Island of Sri Lanka

The en-suite is part of a primary home granting access to a cozy living area, private kitchen and a roof top (with a washing machine and drying) through a common area. Breakfast with fresh fruits will be provided to guests. There are restaurants, super markets, banks, gym+pool and medical centres within walking distance. The house is 40 mins from the Airport and situated very near to the Overseas School of Colombo and the International Water Management Institute. The space The house has an eclectic aura with open verandahs and a calming water feature, ground and roof top gardens, and a living room with wifi and air conditioning. Guests are welcome to host private parties on the roof top. Access to the roof-top, however, is through a common space. The kitchen is a sophisticated yet cozy feature with granite top working space, dish washer, cook-stove and refrigerator. The house is a safe space with high parameter walls and other security features. Guest access Guests are welcome to access the kitchen, gardens, verandahs, and the upper floor of the house. Smoking is permitted on the balconies and the roof top garden. During your stay We are dedicated to hosting guests. Immense effort will be rendered to make our home “the home away from home” to all guests. We will also support guests to find their way around in the neighbourhood, to feel secure and at ease with the surrounding, as well as to iron out any challenges guests may have in a foreign country et cetera. Private tours of the country (particularly to the cultural triangle, beaches, and the mountains) could be arranged with experienced, trusted and safe tour guides.
