The space Our apartments are located in the historic "Villa Historica" tenement house built at the beginning of the 20th century. In recent years, the tenement house has been fully restored and took first place in the "Best renovation of tenement house facades" competition. Each of our apartments has a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Guest access Guests have free access to Wi-Fi. Other things to note The nearest guarded parking lot is 500 meters from the tenement house, while the entire district is subject to the Paid Parking Zone. The nearest tram stop is 600 meters away. For stays longer than 7 days, one-time cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen are free of charge. For stays shorter than 7 days, cleaning is available on request for an additional fee of PLN 50 (prior notification required, minimum 24 hours before planned cleaning).
