Quiet Balmoral hideaway

Lovely 1920's bungalow located in Balmoral. Easy access to the CBD and airport. Bus to the city is only a 2 min walk from the front door and takes 20 to 30 min depending on traffic. A 10 min walk to lots of affordable asian eateries. This has been my home since 2005. Main bathroom is for guest use except on for visitors to use the toilet or on the rare occasion a friend or family member is staying over night. There is also a bath but this is not for air B&B use. Please respect this. The space Room is down the end of the hallway with french doors opening onto the back garden. Location is very quiet and peaceful. Bedroom is large and has a queen size bed and desk. Great for single traveller's couples or someone coming to Auckland on business. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the Kitchen in the mornings and between 7.30 and 8.45pm in the evenings. Please light cooking only. Use of stove top and microwave only. Oven not for air bnb use. Guests are welcome to relax on the back deck During your stay I enjoy hearing about guests planed travels in NZ, but will also respect your privacy. I work part time but will do my best to help. Other things to note Most guests catch an Uber from the airport. To use public transport in Auckland an AT hop card is required. This can be purchased at the airport on arrival or various locations around the city. There is free parking on my street.
