Light and serenity suspended in the astonishing Mediterranean blue. Where day by day you will discover a new shade of blue. The space Casa Mia, is a portion of a typical and historical 1800's mansion of Positano. It is very easy to reach from the driveway. Just some steps (50 approx) and you are in our lovely and cosy apartment, flooded with light and with breathtaking panoramas. The large fixtures are frames hanging on the "mediterranean blue". It is not a mere house to be rent, but our family's vacation house with all our belongings and rememberings that make your stay a special one. Casa Mia is our "beloved" 5 rooms apartment (approx 130 sqm) with a panoramic terrace (approx 30 sqm), balconies and an inner and secluded patio garden (80 sqm). It is been left to our guests perfectly decorated, full of our travel memories, our collection of cd's of classical music, our books. In "Casa Mia" is pleasant to be sat and relaxed, listen to some music, read a book or sip a good, chilled white wine and look at the changing colours of the sea. A refreshing breeze arrives every day as a natural conditioner. It is perfectly equipped and comfortable if you wish to have some more friends as your guests for dinner. And if you don't want to cook or if you prefer to taste our regional fantastic cuisine, there is always the chance to look for a private cook for you. The guests arriving by car, using, in certain periods and on availability to be confirmed in advance, our garage just in front of the entrance, have the chance to travel all around the Costiera and Sorrento Coast very easily, without the heavy problem and relevant costs of parking. The SITA bus stop and the Positano bus stop are just few steps away at no more than 200 meters in order to allow you to get Positano main beach and any other destination in the surroundings quickly. Within the same distance, you can find grocery's, butcher's, minimarkets, bars and some restaurants. Anyway all the shoppings can easily be delivered at home (grocery, fruits, wines, etc). You can get many other restaurants and bars simply walking toward the main beach (Spiaggia Grande) that can be reached in 10/15 minutes walking or by an inner bus that leaves every 15 minutes from the bus stop located very close to "Casa Mia". The location and the parking, depending on availability to be confirmed in advance, makes our villa a perfect choice both to travel around the Costiera Amalfitana and the Sorrento Coast, or to relax and enjoy the beauty of Positano and many further beaches to get in few minutes. As a deep connoisseur of Positano and its magnificent surroundings, I will be more than happy to assist you to plan and make your visit really unforgettable. Most of the apartment is at level +1, only the 3rd bedroom with a french bed (cm 120) and the relevant outside bathroom is indipendent, located downstairs (just 12 steps) in the garden patio. The apartment is spacious and very well organized and divided into different areas. Entering the house, you'll find one big open space where you will find the dining room with a dinner table and eight chairs, and the living room with two very comfortable sofas, an armchair and a nice fireplace. There is a full optional kitchen, a pergola terrace with a nice table and its sitting place, where you can easily accomodate up to ten persons, and a deckchair. The sleeping area at level +1, separated by a door from the living and dining area, is composed by two bedrooms. A large master bedroom and another bedroom with a queen bed (140 cm), a full bathroom with shower and another bathroom (sink, wc, bidet). Besides, there is a 3rd cosy bedroom situated at the patio and garden level, with a queen bed. The relevant third bathroom, with shower, is not ensuite but separated from the bedroom by an outside corridor. In this bathroom there is also the washing machine, while the laundry area is outside separated from the patio garden. In the patio garden you can sit, have breakfast or dinner or simply stay for relaxing. It's a deluxe apartment indeed, recently and costantly mantained and looked after, located in the town of Positano overlooking Fornillo, Positano and the bay. Other things to note The staircase of entrance serves also my brother's apartment. For this reason can occur that he or his guests can pass through the patio just to come inside his house or to go out without interfering with our guests privacy.
