Our 3 bedroom, open plan home in popular, safe Mosman Park has modern kitchen & garden courtyard & only 10 minutes walk to Sth Cottesloe beach, Marine Parade, large supermarket, shops, restaurants & 5 minute walk to Fremantle/Perth train. Our home, bedding & towels are cleaned with chemical-free products & we also supply these products for your use. We have cot, baby bath, high chair & fold out bed. Note✳️We do NOT permit parties, gatherings or noise after 10pm out of respect for our neighbours! The space Our home was renovated in 2018 with new kitchen, bathroom & living area.. You can sit at the dining table beside open bi-fold doors and feel like you are outdoors. Just outside these doors is a high walled paved courtyard with water feature, new outdoor setting for 6, umbrella, bbq and garden large enough to allow guests to stretch out with privacy, not possible in apartments. We have ample parking in carport and on verge for several large cars. Guests always enjoy the outdoor area and proximity to WA’s world-famous Cottesloe Beach, walking distance to major supermarket etc and train providing 10-20 minute trips to Fremantle (& to Rottnest Island Ferry terminal) or the City through Perth’s salubrious “Western Suburbs” (between Swan River & Indian Ocean) known for their tree-lined streets, family living and safety. Guest access The property is completely fenced and secure and you have full access to the house and courtyard which has a couple of sitting areas, a lovely water feature to sit beside and a BBQ for guests to use. The property can be entered from the bi/fold ( front) door or the rear private double carport. Other things to note In the beautiful balmy long Perth summer our home is cool and comfortable. You can take 10 minute morning walk to Leighton/Cottesloe beach with beach towel (provided) for an early morning dip in the usually calm inviting ocean. Maybe grab a coffee at the mobile coffee van (or venture further to cafes with vast beach views). Stroll home for relaxing breakfast cooked in our renovated kitchen that can be enjoyed at dining table beside open bi-fold doors. Or beside water feature in the courtyard with newspaper/device to plan your day of sightseeing and adventuring in this summery city on the edge of the huge unique WA landscape or out in the exotic Indian Ocean including a ferry visit to Rottnest Island, home of Perth’s famous adorable marsupials, “Quokkas”! The “Fremantle Doctor” (famous WA afternoon breeze) stirs leaves around lunch time to cool vacationers in the afternoon for relaxing, swimming at the beach, more exploring or taking in some culture during PIAF (award winning Perth International Arts Festival) at Camelot licensed outdoor Cinema (just 10 minutes walk away) that shows highly awarded and popular English and foreign films from December to March.
