You could easily explore the town with public transport or enjoy the manors (german: Kiez) with the numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. Our Hauptstadt-Domizil (holiday flat) is ideal for trade fair guests, because trade fair area is within walking distance. The comfortable holiday flat Hauptstadt-Domizil has two rooms with art nouveau stucco ceilings and is located in a house built in the year 1909 in the Suarezstrasse in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The tiled and modern bathroom has a heated towel rail. Parquet floor in the bedroom, living room and corridor. The fully equipped kitchen has a laminate floor, a stove with ceramic stove tops, a microwave, an egg boiler, an electric kettle, coffee machine and a fridge with freezer. Furthermore the flat offers cable television, a DVD-player, isolated windows and a French balcony.
