Snowmobile trail access across the road, and across the lake! This cottage is a cozy, peaceful getaway. Cottage is a 2 bedrooms, 1 full but small bath, with a living room (couch has full size pull out bed), kitchen, and 3 season sunroom. Great deck out back with views of the Lake. There is wifi available for free use as well. Concrete pad with 2 parking stalls in the front of the house. There is additional parking pad behind the house if needed. Located within a half hour away, if needed, someone is available. Quiet, peaceful area with a 2 minute walk to Sunset Bar & Grill and 5 minutes North Shore Chophouse. There are 2 parking spaces in the upper driveway and there is additional parking in the back, directly behind the house on the concrete Pad if needed. Lake Koshkonong is not a very deep lake and the North shore line is very shallow so boats may need to be anchored a little bit further than the end of the Pier. Pier will be in May through September.
