This area has a warm quiet community feel with views of Melb close. Close to Seaholme train station & beach. 1.5km of beach, Cherry Lake, Pier St - hub, restaurants, supermarkets, chemist etc. My modern home is ideal room for traveler's/business trips. Double bed. Street parking, need access to my garage. May share a bathroom if 2nd room is booked. Airport travel tips: 1. Quick- uber/taxi $$$ 2. Skybus - $city, buy Myki card, train to Seaholme 30 min & 7min walk from there to my house. The space My new modern home is very comfortable with living area's downstairs & bedrooms upstairs. Your room has a comfy double bed & block out blinds /curtains for those who like a dark room to sleep. Ideal for a couples, business traveler's. Ample storage, wardrobe & handers. Drawers to banish living out a suitcase! Clean bed linen, towels, toiletries in your bathroom & two toilets On the odd occasion you may need to share the bathroom if I have another guest/friend is staying. It might be possibly to arrange that it is just yours for your visit. Please send me a message before you complete your booking to see if that arrangement is possible. Melbourne airport is a 30 minute drive and will cost approximately $55-60 in an uber or a cab. Guest access A new modern kitchen that has everything needed to prepare your meals. A dining & lounge room or back garden space to unwind in. Your welcome to use all of these spaces including the washing machine. If you'd prefer a quicker option for your washing, a laundry mat just minutes away! During your stay Reasonably new to hosting, but very experienced traveler.
