Cosy room in Sai Ying Pun heart of HK Female Only

It is a quiet single bedroom with a bed, a drawer, a wardrobe and a foldable desk, high floor, modern contemporary decor with lots of natural lights and a touch with quality accessories. The building itself located just 2 mins walk from Sai Ying Pun Station, 1-2 mins walk to supermarkets, cafes, 5-10 mins walk to HK Macau Ferry Terminal, 5 mins subway ride or 15 mins walk to central. Prime location, very easy access to all attractions, restaurants, bars and parks all over Hong Kong. The space Your room is a 1 person single guest room, with clean bed linens, drawer, wardrobe, etc. The apartment is cosy, clean and well maintained, convenient to stay in or go out to explore HK. Advantages: 1. clean, modern decor, high floor with nice view overlooking Kowloon side 2.Your room is bright and quiet with all essentials to stay comfort 3.Easy access to all public transportations 4.Lots of resturants/bars/cafes/shoppings nearby 5.Walk up to the Peak in a nice weather is adorable or jogging in a park in front of building 6. Of course, you have your own private room. You can access to kitchen, bathroom with a hot tub, living room and dinning room. During your stay I am an easygoing person who have lived in 4 continents, 5 cities in my life, well traveled, enjoys outdoor activities (hike, beach, kayak, sports, etc), also like a quiet night with a glass of wine and some books or TV after work. Other things to note It is a non-smoking, anti-drugs, no pets and pests-free apartment. Wifi is free of charge.
