Enjoy everything beautiful Albany has to offer from this modern home away from home with chef's kitchen. Opposite the birdwatcher's paradise of Lake Seppings and a short walking distance to Ellen Cove (take in the views of majestic King George Sound), Middleton Beach and Eyre Park plus two of WA's voted best fish and chip shops! There are several cosy beachside pubs and cafes close by as is the golf course and if you fancy a drive, venture out to some of the most amazing, rugged coastline walks. The space The comfortably appointed home is suitable for 6 adults or medium sized family. The 3 bedrooms are professionally serviced with commercial linen. The master bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, king bed and ensuite, and minor bedrooms each have a portable fan, heaters, queen size beds and shared bathroom. A split system air conditioner is located in the main living area. South-East facing, the home overlooks the beautiful landscape of Lake Seppings, out toward Middleton Beach. Enjoy the (often!) loud roar of the ocean and calls of lakeside fauna (most notably, the Banjo Frog) as you enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony at dusk. The kitchen is the pride and joy of this home. Equipped with quality appliances, including a double electric oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher and rainwater-fed drinking tap for that pure water taste, you can enjoy home cooking with minimal mess and fuss. A family-sized fridge and freezer is available for use and basic condiments are often available. A microwave, coffee pod machine, toaster and kettle are provided, along with many other appliances, serving platters, etc. The home offers two separate TV areas, one in the main living area and the other between the minor bedrooms. Netflix and fast broadband is included. **Please note, for those with young children, that all living spaces are upstairs. Additionally, note the property does not have a bathtub. **Strictly no pets: Due to the potential for hygiene and damage issues, I do not allow pets at my property. Please do not enquire about exceptions to our no-pet policy. Guest access Guests have the house to themselves and are free to use the entire property according to House Rules with the exception of the bottom floor storage which will remain locked. Note that use of the fireplace is not permitted. Other things to note *Please ensure you have read, and agreed to, the House Rules. Management reviews all booking requests. I do offer free WIFI and Netflix (please use the house account rather than your own), however like all NBN connections this is subject to external network providers and may occasionally be unavailable due to circumstances beyond my control. Safety around Albany: I strongly encourage you to research safety guidelines and precautions when hiking around Albany, and when visiting its many beautiful beaches. Many are unpatrolled with limited phone reception. There can be strong riptides and 'king waves' without warning at some beaches. The landscape is as powerful and dangerous as it is spectacular.
