Guest access The whole of the apartment is available to guests. Other things to note - Absolutely no parties or events. This is a residential area and the neighbours will call the police if they suspect a party is happening. - Please keep noise to a minimum especially after 9pm. No loud voices or loud music please as it will disturb the neighbours. - The maximum number of guests is 6. - Please request in advance if you wish to have any additional guests visit the property. - If guests are found to have had a party guests will be responsible for any extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
