We welcome all bookings via Airbnb, however a Airbnb Service Fee & taxes are added to the base rate which is out of our control. The space Eden Yarra Valley, our accommodation name, is nestled on two acres of stunning English-style gardens in Yarra Glen, the heart of the Yarra Valley, just an hour from Melbourne. Six bright and modern bedrooms overlook greenery and the generous living and dining space is perfect for groups or families, enjoying cooking meals or relaxing in the spacious lounge together. The saltwater pool and alfresco area off the kitchen is the perfect place to come together with a large BBQ with plenty of outdoor seating. Enjoy the entire estate's manicured gardens with feature ponds, roses, lush grass and play equipment, all hidden from the road by a tall hedge. Located in peaceful Yarra Glen, just around the corner from Yarra Glen’s shops and surrounded by all of the Yarra Valley’s famous wineries, restaurants and attractions. Guest access The main 5 bedroom house & King Suite suite in the wing and pool only. Main gardens. You do not have access to 2 private chalets or 2 other bedrooms in another part of the estate, unless you have booked more than 6 rooms. These may be booked by other guests and serviced by a different driveway. The main house has it's own private parking that guests use. The bar/rumpus and function room is optional at an additional charge. Other things to note We require a $1500 security deposit/bond which will be requested via credit card 2 days prior to your arrival date. We also require valid photo ID for all adult guests as required by council being a registered accommodation. Please do not request to book if you are not comfortable with this requirement. Please note we at times offer single night stays depending on availability with a surcharge. Quotes will be supplied before accepting the booking depending on the number of guests staying.
