Niovi Seaside Suites is a brand new 2017 luxury accommodation, consisting of 2 suites, one on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor. Τhe suites can be booked either individually or together. The property is next to the sea. They are located at Drapania beach, 30 kilometers west of Chania, 4 kilometers East of Kissamos in the middle of the bay. The location is ideal for someone to visit the world-famous beaches of Balos, Falarsana and Elafonissos and for Peace and Relaxation Holidays The space The suite is in the 1st floor ,beautifully-appointed with modern decoration and located in a lush serene environment where you can truly unwind with your loved ones. The suite has an area of 50 sq.m., one bedroom with king bed, one bathroom, two large verandas with great view one to the sea and the other to mountain and includes a living room with sofa that becomes a double bed (we put slipcover to the sofa in order to be more comfortable for sleep). Can accommodate 2 + 2 persons. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, an air-condition in each room, TV, coffee machine, toaster, iron, hair dryer. Other things to note Both suites have complete thermal insulation. The outdoor area which is shared for both suites has a swimming pool, barbecue, private parking and garden with flowers and grass lawn.
