Budget Friendly Solo Stay + Free Wifi at Nainital

This is a comfortable solo budget room at Prashant’s Homestay Nainital with scenic location of lake, away from the hustle of the town yet connected to the main attractions. It comes with an attached washroom from the outside of the room. Our place is ideal for nature lovers and travellers on a budget looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the hills. This room has a small attached toilet with a western seat, which is attached from the outside of the room. Guest access Garden area, Patio, Terrace and sitting area During your stay The hosts are a super chilled out family and love talking to the guests, sharing good conversations, often over a cup of tea Other things to note This is a budget room with mininal amenities at our homestay. It is more suited to backpackers and hitchhickers looking for minimal and hassle free peaceful stay. The attached toilet is a compact one, and comes with a western seat, which is attached outside of the room and is private for this room only. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited at the homestay. The guests must maintain peace in the homestay and the neighbourhood during night and no kind of disturbance would be allowed after 10:00 pm. The guests are expected to respect and abide to the atmosphere of the homestay. There is a 300m steep uphill walk with some steps to the homestay from the general car parking area, and we hope that the guests are aware and okay with that. The guests are suggested to carry light luggage and in case of carrying luggage that is bigger than backpacks with themselves, a porter will be arranged and charged accordingly. Housekeeping charges are collected on checkout as ₹100 for the entire stay, along with other dues. All guests are required to submit a proof of their valid ID's at check-in, or send the ID's before the check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted. Smoking should not be done inside any of the rooms. Place is suitable only for quiet and peace-loving people.
