To ensure everyone has a pleasant experience, we kindly ask that you follow a few simple house rules: Families are warmly welcome! Children under two years old can stay for free if using the existing beds and bedding. For children over two, the standard adult guest rate applies. Quiet enjoyment: This villa is a peaceful retreat, so we kindly ask that you avoid parties and limit guests to the number included in your booking. Pets: While we love animals, we do not allow pets in the villa. Smoking: For everyone’s comfort, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the main building. Cleaning service: Cleaning is included on the first day and once every 7 days thereafter. If you’d like extra cleaning, a 2-hour basic clean is available for 2,000 Baht upon request. Furniture: Please leave the furniture as it is and avoid moving any pieces outdoors. Technology & Entertainment: YouTube access is available via the guest account, and Netflix is set up under the account "John" for your convenience. We kindly ask that you do not add other Netflix accounts or change app languages. Please do not disconnect or alter any HDMI cables, internet router settings, or other connections. Special notes: The chest freezer is used for host food storage, and the aquarium oxygen pump should remain on at all times. Also, the price is for up to 10 persons in 5 bedrooms using existing 5 double beds. If your group requires additional bedding because of the group configuration such as single persons needing to be in their own room, there will be an extra bed charge of 500 Baht per extra bed per night. If you book an extra person the extra bed is included in the extra person price. A sofa bed will be provided. Electricity: You’ll receive a free daily allowance of 40 KW units, which covers general usage (e.g., water pumps, security lights, fridge/freezer).
