The space Avalon Blue @ Derby (Blue Derby Endorsed) is a 120 year old clean and comfortable miners cottage. Located 100 meters from the Dorset Hotel, 1 km from the trail hub. Avalon Blue @ Derby was renovated in 2018, it has everything you need for a fantastic trip to the Derby mountain bike trails. New beds - one queen and four king singles, full kitchen, large table for meals, TV, NBN wi-fi, Foxtel, Blue Ray movies all help with your relaxation experience. Secure bike storage area and deck have been built out the back, together with the fire pit out the front - to enjoy quite beers and reminisce about the epic day you have had riding the Blue Derby mountain bike trails. Heating is via a reverse-cycle A/C-heat pump and wood heater both located centrally in the house. The house has been re-wired and insulated. Electric blankets on all beds and a small portable heater in the bathroom. Large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, BBQ, washing machine, dryer, drying racks and clothes line all help to make your stay fun and relaxing. Guest access Guests can access the property via an electronic lock on the front door, code provided prior to your arrival. Rear door and bike room have keys located in the house . A full set of house keys are in the key safe next to the front door. Other things to note We recommend you use the heat pump as the fire place is not as efficient or effective. The kitchen is fully equipped, but we do not provide any consumables. Previous guests may have left some items which you may use. These items are located in the cupboard above the stove.
