This 3BR house is within the comforting beauty of Mount Wellington, where 2 professionals & a pup reside. Your room is for solo occupancy with its own entrance & mini deck to flex, work or enjoy the sun. Room is suitable for WFH, has TV (Netflix only) & heater. Available snacks, coffee/tea , towels, etc. Just an 8 min. walk to Panmure Train/Bus Station, 1 train stop from Sylvia Park Mall, 20 min to CBD *If you are not comfortable around dogs, pls. find a more suitable place for you. Thanks The space How to get here: Combi of Bus-Train-Walk will take 40 minutes. From the airport, proceed to the bus station going to Puhinui train station. Ride the Eastern line going to Britomart. Please go down at Panmure station, which is 5 stops from Puhinui. Take 8 minutes walk to our place. With a deck and pergola right outside of this bedroom, the room is around 10 sqm in size, with a built-in wardrobe with a sliding door, furnished with a king single bed, tiny desk/dresser with mirror a swivel chair and side table with lamp, and floor-length blackout curtains; a cozy, private and quiet spot for you to enjoy the view of Mount Wellington over a cup of tea and ambient music. The main house is bright with open spaces filled with natural light thanks to sun roofs brilliantly located in the kitchen and bathroom. The whole property has a shabby chic homey vibe and we maintain a clean-as-you-go policy to keep the space inviting, tidy and warm. Guest access Guest can access toilet and bath, kitchen and dining, and deck area. Kitchen cabinets and items for Airbnb guests are clearly labelled with Airbnb logo sticker. During your stay We would be respectful of your privacy but wouldn’t mind a chat, if you please. Other things to note WE HAVE A DOG: In case you missed it, we do have a playful puppy who roams around the house. USE OF TOILET & BATH AND OTHER COMMON AREAS: We sometimes have a guest in our sleep-out located near the garden. Kindly be mindful of the time you use toilet & bath, kitchen and other common areas in consideration of others users in the house. Rest assured, we will also not get in your way so you can enjoy the space. NOISE CONTROL: If you're new to NZ, houses here are built with very thin walls, so would appreciate it very much if you could keep the noise down especially from 10PM and keep conversations private using headphones or Airpod, and gently close doors. PRIVATE AREAS: Your room is provided with TV. The TV in the lounge, Breville coffee machine and kitchen pantry cabinets are for family-use only.
