Villa to share between the sea & the city centre

The villa is nestled in a gated community inside a natural reserve, halfway between Rome's city center and the sea. Surrounded by a lush garden, it features two spacious terraces—one open and one covered. Recently renovated, it offers modern amenities like electric shutters, windows with mosquito nets, and fans in the main areas. A barbecue and hammock are available for outdoor relaxation, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. The space The master bedroom, featuring a private bathroom and direct access to the panoramic terrace, along with a comfortable study that includes an additional single bed, are exclusively at the guest's disposal. The shared areas include a dining room seamlessly connected to a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a second bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, and various utility spaces. Additionally, the open and roofed terraces provide several outdoor seating options. Guest access The master bedroom, the connected bathroom and the panoramic study (with an additional bed) are at the guest's exclusive disposal. The rest of the house is shared with me except some further premises not shown here, which are reserved to me. During your stay I am glad to advise you on where to go and what to. The villa is spacious. So, even in the shared areas you won't necessarily come across me unless you wish to. Next door lives Kamal, a helpful man from Sri Lanka to be relied upon any practical issues, when I'm not there. Other things to note Please let me know if you are allergic to cats.
