We are following Airbnb’s five step cleaning process for every cleaning once the guests vacate during this pandemic for the next guests safety. The space The apartment is fully furnished with air conditioning in all the 3 bedrooms. The apartment comes with a refrigerator, washing machine, fresh towels, linen, soap, shampoo and all the kitchen amenities. We provide environmentally friendly natural soaps and shampoos. The place also provides cable TV and free WIFI for a work-friendly environment. This place is equipped with a generator for a 24X7 power supply, free parking, and elevator access. This is a non-smoking house. A cleaning fee of Rs10,000.00 will be charged ,if we notice any signs of smoking. Guest access The entire apartment is available for the guests for their complete privacy. Other things to note As a courtesy to our guests arriving at different times, We offer them2 liters of bottled water. The guests are responsible to make their own arrangements for drinking water needs after that.Strictly No Smoking in the Flat including balcony and if found smoking it will attract penalty upto Rs.5000.
