It is a lovely edifice made in Dalmatian style stonework, set (email hidden) belt between the picturesque villages of Splitska and Postira, overlooking the Brac channel. The villa Olea estate is certain to awaken the latent adventurer within anyone, with its 7000 square metres of surrounding land and the private footpath that leads to a secluded beach with pristine water. Guest access Cosy rooms decorated with original artworks of famous local painters and sculptors, inspire the mind and add a flavour of local culture. Among the many comforts of villa Olea are an inviting Jacuzzi bathtub, air conditioned spaces and free internet access. A Roman stile gazebo delivers on the promise of romance, with its breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea that is also visible from every corner of the estate. Multiple sun terraces, an outdoor shower, and a professional sized tennis court with an acrylic surface and an adjoining bathroom, are more of the luxuries that await the guests of Olea. The surrounding Mediterranean garden is vast and lush, luring one to wander the impressive olive grove and orchard. Other things to note GROUND FLOOR The main lounge opens to two gorgeous black leather sofas and a dining table. There is a large flat screen TV with free satellite programs. To one side is an air-conditioned double bedroom fitted with a double bed. The other side of the lounge is open-plan with a fully equipped kitchen (gas/electric stove with oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, and full size fridge with deep freeze compartments) that is finished with wooden work surfaces. The bathroom there is fitted with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a WC and a washing machine. FIRST FLOOR A master bedroom occupies the entire first floor, and has a completely separate entrance. The air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with a full sized fridge with deep freezer compartments, a beautiful tranquil loft room and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and WC. There is a crib or single bed for one adult or a child in addition to the double bed in the room. Sleeping arrangements A total of 6+1 guests can be accommodated at the Villa Olea as follows: 1) Loft room with double bed plus single bed or crib – 3 adults 2) Bedroom with double bed – 2 adults 3) Lounge sofa bed – 1 adult or 2 children Bed linen and bathroom and kitchen towels are provided and changed weekly.
