Each room has its own bathroom plus a verandah overlooking the panoramic view. There's a central living, kitchen and dining space plus alfresco dining around the BBQ area. A second covered outdoor entertaining space is located right next to the sparkling pool and there's even a tennis court where you can challenge your friends to a game! Beyond 8 guests, additional guest charge applies. ** PLEASE NOTE** The king beds at Sovereign Hill can be split into single beds. We require your preferred bedding configuration no later than 7 days prior to arrival. If we are not advised otherwise, all beds will be made as king beds. Changes to bedding within 7 days of arrival will incur the following charges: $50 per king bed split during business hours 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri. $50 per king bed split plus $100 call-out fee outside of business hours.
