Very close to the SNCF train station (400 meters) and close to the city center (less than 1 km). Also, within driving distance and in less than 15 minutes, you can find yourself at the sea to enjoy the sea air. Thanks to the public transport network, you can discover the area without a car! Perfect for the summer season! The space The apartment has the charm of raw beams and ceiling height overlooking the mezzanine. You will enter the living room which consists of a kitchen area and a living room area. The kitchen is equipped with electric hobs, fridge, sink and worktop with storage. You will find the essentials for cooking (dishes, pots, pans, basic cooking products, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker). The living room is equipped with a sofa with a non-convertible chaise longue, an 80 cm flat-screen TV, and speakers with a jack plug. For your convenience, the accommodation has its own Wi-Fi connection, the code will be provided upon arrival. The functional bathroom consists of a shower, sink, toilet, as well as plenty of storage and a washing machine at your disposal. The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine, offering a large bed and space to store bags and suitcases. Note that the ceiling height of the mezzanine does not allow you to stand, but this will bring an original and adventurous touch to your stay. Of course, to better accommodate you, the accommodation offers plenty of storage (kitchen, shelves in the bathroom, dresser in the living room and coat rack)! To make your stay easier, the apartment will be ready when you arrive! The bed will be made and towels (one set per person) will be placed at your disposal in the bathroom. You can also find consumables such as paper towels and toilet paper. There is no parking space assigned to the accommodation, but there are many free parking spaces on the street and also on the adjacent streets. Guests always find space! Ideally located, the accommodation allows you to reach many tourist and historical points of our heritage. In Saint-Brieuc, enjoy the port of Légué (10 minutes), the Panorama of Pointe du Roselier (15 minutes) and the nearest beaches (15 minutes). You can also discover the coast, reach the Côte d'Emeraude and Cap Fréhel (50 minutes), the Cote de Granit Rose (1 hour by car), then change scenery by visiting the Ile de Bréhat (45 minutes). Inland, discover the Vallée des Saints de Carnoët, which will offer you a unique panoramic view (50 minutes). And many other destinations that I will be happy to share with you!
