Country house with a large swimming pool located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of Alcaucín. The house offers 5 bedrooms (three of them with air conditioning and the other two have a fan and portable heater), 3 bathrooms, a living room, full kitchen, living room with TV and air conditioning. In addition to an 8-meter by 5-meter oval-shaped pool and a magnificent hot water Jacuzzi that you can hire for an extra price. We also have a ping-pong table and barbecue. The space The house is located on a plot surrounded by avocado and orange trees at the foot of the Natural Park and 25 minutes from the beach. It consists of a rural house with spacious rooms, where you can breathe in tranquility. Guest access Less than 5 minutes from the house by car you can find all kinds of services, one of the best butcher shops in the province that opens every day of the week, as well as the bakery and the mini supermarket. All this is located at the Periana junction (Don Manuel bridge) 2 km from the house. At the same distance you can find a sports court with a modern paddle tennis court. In the house we have a Jacuzzi that can be rented for an extra price. Ask us for the price of the Jacuzzi if you are interested in hiring it. Firewood is not included, you can hire it for 15 euros per cart (3 boxes of firewood) Other things to note The house is located at the foot of the Sierra Tejeda, Alhama and Almijara Natural Park, just 15 minutes by car is "El Alcazar", a camping and hiking area among pine forests from where you can start your routes or simply enjoy its views and wild animals. The jacuzzi will have an extra price if you want to hire it, ask if you are interested. For reservations of up to 9 people, bedroom number 5, which we also call the bungalow, is not included.
