Room 2. A room, a home, a place to stay/Base

Ceiling fan -NO AC -5min showers. NO cloths dryer, washer available -Use the kitchen -please clean up after yourself. NO food/cooking components supplied. -Inside/outside sitting areas -coffee, hamburgers, Chinese The space My home is a three min walk to a bus which goes directly to the Indooroopilly(30 min) and the city.(55 Min) Your room has a double bed, ceiling fan (NO AIR CONDITIONING), a business sized desk and lamp, ample hanging and draw space. Please keep shower to max 5 min. This room is not suitable for children. Guest access You may be as private or social as you like. To this end you are welcome to use the lounge room but there is a tv/dvd in your room if you prefer. There are numerous reading/areas for relaxation. Selection of dvds, cds and books that you are most welcome to use. There are quite reading/sitting areas scattered around the home. Guests who stay a few days are welcome to use the washing machine - there is ample drying space outside and under cover. (there is no dryer) During your stay I do work long hours however, there are days I will be home early. I enjoy meeting and chatting with people but can fully understand if you prefer to keep to yourself. I am more than happy if my guests have a relaxing stay. Other things to note Check in is Strictly between 2pm-10pm. Can I please ask guests that need to use the key safe to access the house, to please make sure they return the keys to the safe asap. A set of keys to the house are hung on the knob of the bedroom door. I do not have a dog or cat but a chicken coop with Heritage Breed girls- that had better lay golden eggs because it has cost a fortune so far:( However cool animals!!) Thankyou.
