The space Modern T0 apartment, located in a building next to California beach, is functional, simple but comfortable and cozy, ideal for your stay. Once you arrive at the apartment, you will no longer need the car, as you have easy access to all services, shops and the beach on foot, for a spectacular stay. It is suitable for 1 couple; or 1 couple with 1 or 2 children. There is 1 double bed plus 1 sofa bed (can be opened), cable television with Portuguese and foreign channels, free unlimited WI-FI internet available, and a water heater for hot water. The kitchen is furnished and equipped, with dishes, pots, pans and common utensils, the stove is electric with induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, hot water kettle, toaster, freezer and refrigerator. Linens and towels are included per person per stay. The terrace has a drying rack for clothes. We do not provide beach towels or sun hats for the beach. The price varies depending on the season and the number of people. You will certainly like it. Free parking can be found behind the apartment, looking on the streets. There is more paid parking in front of the apartment on the street at an affordable price (except in the months of June, July, August and September). There is a covered garage for a fee next to the apartment, where you can purchase a weekly card. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. No parties or events allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
