Moaksan's Morning is a zero-waste accommodation that respects the convenience of guests and helps prevent the spread of accidents. It is also a book stay with many books collected by the operator through independent bookstores and used bookstores. It was completed in 2003, and in 2018, the operator who grew up here wanted to share a wonderful space with people, so he made it a shared space. Every space has value and story. The space The lodge you are going to stay is made of red bricks Fifteen years ago, we, the outsiders, first settled in a rural village under mountain Mo-ak, and for the last three months, we have been repeating the process of emptying and refilling the house. During the process I rediscovered some beautiful spots I barely knew about and was exited to share them. I hope this house could be remembered as the place you want to keep on coming. The two story house made with red brick is rather spacious, and the high ceiling and mountain view from the big window in the living room is most attractive. The more you take a look at the house, the more unique structures will catch your eyes. In the morning and evening, hear the sound of birds singing, the wind and landscapes. Enjoy a quiet and relaxing day and just look at the changing of the clouds passing the mountain. The two rooms double-beds have a mountain view, and the two rooms with the single-beds overlook the bamboo trees. When the weather gets better, see the mountain view from the 2nd floor balcony sitting on the bench, and from the yard, you can also have a barbecue party near swing . In the winter, you can have fun eating sweet potatoes baked in the fireplace. All of the walls in the house is made of wood so it is environment-friendly. In the living room, we have CDs, a piano, and some sound equipment, and we have some books in the library.(all in Korean) We have a parking lot which can accommodate more than 10 vehicles, which is perfect for those who are planning group meeting. Also you can enjoy having short walks around this countryside village. Moreover, the entrance to the Mo-ak mountain is about 15 minutes by walk. There are several routes to the top . Watching the mountain dress differently during spring, summer, fall, and winter is also a huge merit. Guest access Available facility Use first and second floor (almost 200m2) (Until December, we accept 2 people ,but from January we accept people at least 4,) Room: 4 -1st floor : double bed room(toilet) / single bed room -2nd floor : double bed room / single bed room If more people come, we can prepare more pillows and blankets. — Toilet : 3.5 -1st floor : 1 shower and 1 toilet / 1 shower and 1 toilet / 2 shower -2nd floor : only 1 toilet Prepared : 4 hair dryers, 2 curling irons, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, towel. Living room Fire place, A/C, heating system(boiler), couch, table, piano, CD player, several music player. Kitchen Plates, pots, frying pans, spoons and chopsticks, kitchen tools, wine glasses, cups. Refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, rice cooker(for 4 people), electric coffee pot, blender, dining table Library The library is the room with a single bed on the first floor. There are book shelves on the wall. There are various kinds of books that the host used to read.(novel,language,history,health) Children’s books are located on the bottom of the shelves. There is a bookshelf on the 2nd floor as well, so please put in the right place after you are done reading. If you have any books to recommend, please let me know as it will be taken into account. Hallway There is a visitor’s book in the hallway on the first floor. It will be well appreciated if you could leave a trace by writing down some words in the book. Yard As winter coming, it may look rather empty, since all the trees take off their clothes, instead, the parking lot has become even more spacious. In spring, we are planning to make a barbecue place, swing and pavilion Wifi/wireless internet is available in all rooms. Every room has electric blanket. Other things to note Insects may appear because the house is located under the mountain. Since the house is located below the mountain, it is cool in the summer, but it is a little bit cold in winter. We prepared electric blankets and in-wear shoes. When you use electricity, please be careful. The house is made of wood so it is easy to burn. There are many ornaments and frames all over the house. So please be careful otherwise you have to refund it. Before you leave, please make sure that the house is not too messy.
