Double bedroom overlooking garden

Battersea Park, cafes and restaurants, good transport links and a leisure centre with a gym and swimming pool are all close by. The space Quiet garden flat in Battersea, 20 minutes' walk to King's Rd. This is the perfect place to stay while visiting London - or needing to go to the new American embassy! This double bedroom is right at the back of the flat, opening out onto a well-established walled patio garden. It is cosy and quiet - ideal for anyone wanting peace and privacy. It is particularly suited to the single person who needs a room from anything from 1 night to 3 weeks. Two people sharing are welcome too but the room and bed are quite cosy so I usually recommend a maximum of 3 nights for two people wishing to stay. Just 50 metres from the property you will find Battersea Park, which is considered by many to be one of the most interesting of all the parks in London. Here you will find a wide range of sporting facilities, a lake, a zoo, cafes, sculptures and specialist gardens. There's also an Exhibition Centre which hosts several art fairs throughout the year. Also close by are a variety of pubs and restaurants, plus a local sports centre. Full continental breakfast can be provided if arranged in advance, but there is a charge of 10 GBP per person per day. There are also two cafes (one Italian and one French) within 5 minutes' walk that offer an excellent breakfast. Guest access I always prefer to 'meet and greet' guests when they arrive but I also have a MasterLock to leave keys when this is not possible. Inside the flat, and apart from their bedroom, guests have access to the bathroom, kitchen and patio garden. During the day I usually work from home, but I am often in and out. When I'm home I try to achieve a balance between being friendly and accessible to answer any questions, while also respecting guests' privacy. Because I work from home, I ask that guests are out between 10 am and 4pm each day unless of course there are extenuating circumstances.
