The Space Situated in a quiet Mews courtyard, this is a small sunny room on the ground floor of my house. It has a small double bed UK size 4ft across. There is hanging and cupboard space. It has a small double bed, UK size 4ft across. There is hanging and cupboard space. The room has been freshly decorated and the bed is accessible from both sides. As the room is small, large suitcases can be left in the hall. The Guests' private bathroom is upstairs. It has a shower and a bath, toiletries and towels are provided. Guests may use the microwave in the kitchen to heat meals or bring back takeaway food. Tea and coffee are always available and a continental 'help yourself' breakfast is provided. There is table in the garden room for guests to sit down to breakfast or to eat takeaways or ready meals. You are welcome to use lounge anytime to relax in. Situated in a quiet courtyard, back from the main road, the house is very central with excellent public transport links to the whole city. Main attractions (Castle, Princes St, Scottish Parliament etc) are all within walking distance. The Kismot Restaurant, highly rated in Edinburgh on Trip Advisor, is 30 metres from the house. There are another 30 bars and 30 restaurants within 500m of the house, something for everyone. Lots of local shops and cafes This is a great location for tourists and during the festival the main venues are only 5-10 mins walk. The Queen's Park and Arthur's Seat are only a few minutes away providing a variety of walking opportunities right in the city centre. This is a very safe neighbourhood near to the university accommodation so there are always lots of people walking around even late at night. The late night buses stop one block away I have been hosting for over 12 years and really enjoy meeting new people. I think you'll have a great visit to Edinburgh and I'd love to meet you.
