Book 1st room for a couple (complete private house) & $25 every guest after (eg. 5 additional guest max) 7th guest has access to fold up bed & linen. The space There is TV’s with Netflix registered in the front and back living rooms and second toilet in the laundry Guest access Entire house with keys to front door found in lockbox behind mail box. Other things to note Although the house is non smoking there is a small undercover smoking/seating area with ash tray available outside. Additional cost of $35 if you wish to charge an EV vehicle.
