Welcome to my Japanese family style house, Located in a quiet and comfortable community, 11min drive from Izumi-Chuo station. You also can take a bus from Izumi-Chuo station to Koyodai 3chome bus stop and walk about 3 min to my house. . It’s very convenient area where is nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, banks, post offices, restaurant etc. Feel free to ask me for more details as I am always online. The space -14min drive to Sendai Izumi Premium Outlets & 9 min drive to Yurtec Stadium Sendai from my house. 34min drive to Matsu island -Actually the house able to accommodate up to 6 people ，please contact me regarding this -if you are the person who love shopping, you may find a shopping mall and a lot restaurant in Izumi-Chuo station. - The house is perfect for couples, families or a group of friends, we also have a sofa and a dinning table, television with local channel,Air-conditional, humidifier. -room1:doublebed×1; room2: single futon ×3; There is 1 single bed in the entrance locker - The kitchen comes with a microwave, fridge and rice cooker, cookware and dinnerware that can serve up to 6 person. -In the bathroom, it comes with bathtub and bath massage,We also provide ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine ,slipper, towel. -There are 2 parking lots outside of the house. -Route access in picture with an explanation from Sendai airport will also be provided to guest after reservation confirmed Guest access The entire first floor will be your private area and no other guests will stay there. Pets are not allowed in the Japanese-style and Western-style bedrooms. The second floor is a separate household, but the entrance is separate and not connected within the house. All appliances in your home are equipped with instructions for use. If you have any problems during use, please contact us at any time. Other things to note -Check out time is strict. 2000yen per hour will be imposed if you are late for check out -STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the room and balcony.  -Please take off your shoes at the entrance.  -Keep the volume down during the 9pm to 9am. -No musical instruments.  -Please turn off the lighting, and air conditioner, heater when leaving the fla  -Please wash tableware / pans / pots after use  -No pets, drugs, or outsider guests.-Please dispose only pet bottles, cans and glass bottles into PetBottle bin, Can bucket after rinse.  -Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish. * Guest Registration is required: Hosts need to prepare the following for Lodger’s Registry Book: 1. Full Name 2. Home address 3. Occupation 4. Passport copies The information above are needed for all guests staying in the house.
