Nice studio with mezzanine and garden close to the center of a small welcoming town. Roquefort Les Pins offers a green and peaceful setting around shaded forests. You can easily hike around, enjoy the many assets of the region (water park, Provençal villages, beaches, restaurants), visit Nice, Cannes, Grasse or Monaco. The space Studio in a charming house: - Living room with sofa BZ and TV, Wifi. - On the floor: a mezzanine of 12 m2 with tidying up. - Patio with table / chair for lunch outside. - Kitchenette with fridge, microwave/grill, cooking hob and coffee machine. Coffee and tea are at your disposal. - Bathroom (sink, shower, toilet) The studio is independent of our house and has direct access to the garden and the small pool. Passing road nearby. Facilities to park in front of our house. Guest access Full access to the maisonette, the garden, the small pool and the swing / games for children.
