Description

Bright and comfortable, renovated apartment with beautiful mountain & ocean view. The complex is situated on top of Puerto Rico in a quiet area where many hiking trials start. 20 min walk from 2 commercial centers with restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets. Puerto Rico beach is 20 min walk. Public transport available from Puerto Rico to Amadores, Anfi del Mar, Mogán & Playa del Inglés. Self check-in/out and reception open from Monday to Friday. The space The apartment is in the bottom floor where you can access using the stairs or the elevator. Very well equipped with a large and sunny terrace, garden and common area. Double bedroom; renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine; small open kitchen with induction cooker; fridge & freezer; microwave; kettle; coffee machine; service and cuttlery for 6 pax. Sliding doors in bedroom and living room allows you access to the sunny, sea view terrace equipped with 2 tables, 6 chairs, one sofa and awning when needing shade. TV in living room; WiFi for free. Tennis rackets & beach towels provided. The tennis court is currently closed to the public and cannot be used. Exploitation licence number: E-35/1/1059 At the end of March 2025, a new law came into force in the municipality of Mogán (where our apartments are located), called the “Tax Ordinance Regulating the Tourist Stay Tax,” approved by the City Council and published in the Official Boletin of the Province of Las Palmas. This means that we must charge guests a tax per night and per person. The current amount is 15 cents per person/day, but it may fluctuate throughout the year, so the amount will be checked upon arrival and will be the one that applies. Guests must go to the reception desk upon arrival or as soon as possible after check-in, checking the reception opening hours, and pay the tax. Guest access - Outdoor tennis court (rackets and balls provided). It is currently closed to the public and cannot be used. - Swimming pool. - Communal area next to the swimming pool with ping pong table. - Self service laundry with washing and drying machines (3 € each). Other things to note Guests with walking difficulties or reduced mobility must be warned that we are situated 150 meters above sea level on the top of a hill.
