The Red Wine Cottage with Garden & secure parking

This cute cottage is close(1.3Km) to the center of town and many vineyards and wineries. It was uniquely designed by architect, Raymond Bouma. Glass panes below the ceiling lets in lots of natural light. It is both cozy and spacious with a maintained garden. It is close to The University of Stellenbosch, High Schools & Mediclinic. A extra single bed is provided. We also have a 2nd listing called Two Vines studio close by. Best part of staying here is the quietness of the street. The space The cottage is designed in the typical Modernist style with clerestory windows which allow for a lot of light. It is furnished in an eclectic style with high quality bedding and a very comfortable bed. It has a lounge with an open plan kitchen and a separate bedroom with own door. When you book for 3 guests, there is a single bed & extra length mattress, with bedding & a towel in the living room area. Bedding and towels will be provided for the single bed / 3rd person. Pls inquire before booking this. The bathroom has a huge walk-in shower with modern glass door. There is a small garden outside with some grass also to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. Guest access The cottage is complete detached from the main house with its own street entrance and secure parking behind a sliding gate. It is very private with no interaction with the host unless required. Guests have free access to that part of the property. Antoinette as host lives nearby and is close for any assistance needed. Other things to note The cottage is very secure and guests will have a safe and pleasant stay. 2 small waters, milk & homemade rusks baked by a girl in our neighbourhood is provided. Please note we as hosts will water the garden or work in it now and then. We have our own access and the intension is not to invade your privacy. We are normally always fully booked and somebody has to look after the garden for guests to enjoy the greenery and bird life. Thanks for understanding.
