9mins from Keisei-Funabashi. 11mins from JR Funabashi. Path to the house is easy and safe with nicely paved road with light all the way. Great access to Tokyo, DisneyLand, Makuhari messe. Only 49mins from Narita airport no change of train. Two 24/7 convenience stores a couple minutes walk away. The space We have two rooms (blue room and green room). Each room has key and two single size beds. A single person or a group of 2 shall take one room and a group of 3 to 4 can take two rooms. Each room is supplied with AC, TV (Amazon Fire TV enabled), high speed internet/wifi, closet, and mirror. We have 260cm(100 inches) width kitchen counter as dining area for anyone to use for eating, writing, using PC, etc. also breakfast will be served here. We also have DeLonghi auto coffee machine which guests can use it for free at anytime during their stay. Guest access All areas of 1st floor (Living room, dining room, kitchen, guest room, wash basin, bathroom, and toilet) Please keep out of 2nd floor. During your stay The host is not a fluent English speaker. (Her daughter does all the translation.) But the host will try her best to understand you with her electric dictionary. The host will not actively try to talk to you to respect your privacy and personality. But if you want a company please feel free and welcome to speak to the host. The host wants to provide you the right Omotenashi/hospitality for you. Other things to note In this house we have two guest rooms on the 1st floor And two condos on the 2nd floors. Up to 2 people per guest room Up to 3 people for the condo. We did soundproofing work but we are right next to the train track so you will hear some trains. Each room is equipped with double window sash with soundproofed ventilation opening. So we recommend you closing all the doors for the best result on noise canceling especially at night.
