Typical fisherman's house set in the sea! Breathtaking view with a fabulous sunset! It can accommodate 6 people, in a semi-pedestrian street at the end of the peninsula leading to the shops; a paradise for young and old! The space The house is composed on the ground floor of a large entrance and a kitchen open to the dining room and the living room with a magnificent view of the river! And for the atypical an outdoor toilet! On the first floor a small bedroom with a bunk bed, and a very large bedroom with a single bed, a double bed, a bunk bed and a water point. On the third floor the master bedroom with a view of the magnificent sunsets, WC and a bathroom, completely renovated in February 2026. To preserve the peace and quiet of the accommodation and the neighborhood, parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted. The property is intended for calm, family use. Additionally, to ensure a pleasant stay, it is not possible to host more than 6 people. Guest access you can do everything by foot ... the shops and the beaches are so close by foot ( 1 min ) The beach is amazingly calm and the sand is so white and soft... Other things to note The little extra that makes the difference: our concierge service. To guarantee you the most serene stay, our concierge service is at your disposal 7 days a week, at any hour. We are available and responsive to meet your needs throughout your stay.Whenever possible, we are flexible with your arrival and departure times to make your stay even more enjoyable. We also offer the rental of household linen including: bed linen, towels, a bath mat, and dish towels.
