Touch the beauty of Gozo in the traditional village of Gozo. The space Margerita Farmhouse is located in the village centre of Xaghra, Gozo in a small cul de sac. The accommodation is fully airconditioned any costs inclusive in price and, also, with free wi-fi. The main entrance leads to an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The large kitchen includes a 4 hob cooking unit, oven, fridge/freezer and a toaster. In the kitchen cupboards there are all the cooking pans, crockery and cutlery that are needed for the sojourn of 4 persons. The dining area consists of a rustic style table. In the lounge there is an Android Smart TV and a comfortable couch. From here a wide-arched glass door opens to a private swimming pool and outside shower. On the ground floor, there is also a large bathroom with all the needed amenities including a bidet. Upstairs there is the main double-bed bedroom and another bedroom with two single both having ensuite shower room which include a WC, shower and vanity unit. There is also a sun terrace with a winding staircase that goes up to the roof where a beautiful panorama of Gozo can be enjoyed. Guest access The pool is private and there is free wi-fi. We leave various items in the house so when we go for a short break we feel comfortable easily and the guests are most welcome to use them too. There are also condiments, tea, coffee, sugar and a bottle of water available. It is fully airconditioned and the roof is insulated. For the winter, there is a wood stove and gas heater. The windows are double glazed so house keeps cool in Summer and warm in Winter. Other things to note We do our utmost to ensure that the guests enjoy their stay at Margerita in comfort and safety. Here are some tips and hints: Guests need to be reminded that mishaps can happen during holidays, and should safeguard their health at all times, when swimming, driving, exposing themselves to sun, and maintaining sobriety. Always use protective measures around the pool, and NEVER allow children to swim unattended. Please leave the door leading to the pool locked when not using the pool. If you are accidentally injured we have a first aid kit in the drawer where there is a long mirror downstairs. In case of any fire-related accidents, a fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen. There is also a smoke detector and if it sounds. Please be very careful when using the fireplace, gas heater or the gas hob as these produce an open flame inside the house. Margerita is a non-smoking residence. We make every effort to maintain Margerita as comfortable as possible offering various services and amenities for our guests during their stay.
