Entrance to the accommodation is via the main gate into the fenced garden of both the house and separate Granny Flat. Sorry but no pets allowed. I have a beautiful Border Collie called Daisy who loves her own garden space, but will gladly meet you at your door for a pat. **Due to the current drought conditions, water is limited so please be extra mindful of water usage during your stay.** The space Phone service is limited unless with Telstra. Whereas I have WIFI at the main house and share my password, it cannot be guaranteed to work at the G Flat. There is no television either. Most find this is an opportunity to escape ! Guest access As the Granny Flat is within the main house garden, this area will be shared. The property is situated on 5 acres and there is a dam outside the fully fenced garden. Please keep the gate shut from the garden into the outer acreage. Other things to note The granny flat is located within the garden. The main house is approximately 20 metres away. I do own a young border collie named Daisy who is very friendly and may initially be excited to meet new friends! If allowed, she will enjoy sitting by the outdoor fire with you in the evening.
