A Victorian, Bath stone terraced house, the property is located in the World Heritage City of Bath. The accommodation comprises of a large sitting room, with plenty of seating and a study area with desk. There is a well equipped, modern, kitchen/breakfast room. Upstairs, there is a spacious double bedroom, with a second, twin bedroom and bathroom. All linens and towels are provided. The space The kitchen provides dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven with gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and breakfast table. French doors lead to a secure, sunny back garden. Nearby parking in the road can be easily found close to the house. The property is available only to non-smokers and unfortunately, cannot accept pets. Guest access Within a 2 minute walk are local shops, including a M&S Food store, LIDL supermarket, Costa Coffee and McDonalds restaurant. Visiting Bath City centre is easy. Bus stops within a 2 minute walk serve regular buses to the City centre in a 5-10 minute bus ride. Alternatively, you can walk to the City centre along the level river side walk in approx 30 minutes.
