Want a change of scenery, quiet, walks and castle visits? Our pleasant house is for you!! It can accommodate 4 people as well as a baby ( equipment for your slice of cabbage available). The space We are delighted to welcome you to our new and cozy accommodation where you will find calm and comfort, close to shops(Lidl, Leclerc). New 60 m2 T2 with independent terrace, private and safe parking. - Fully equipped kitchen: Induction plate, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster. - A bright living room: sofa convertible into a double bed, library, baby bed, extra bed, large screen TV, DVD player. - An independent bedroom with a 140cm bed. - Bathroom shower and toilet. - A shaded terrace: Outdoor table and chairs, ready for a barbecue on request. - At your disposal near a garage for bikes. We provide you with all linens(sheets, towels, tea towels) and all basic necessities (oil, vinegar, mustard, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper...). Guest access Single-story house with shaded terrace and private secure parking. Other things to note Loan of a closed garage for visitors to the Loire by bike. Loan a barbecue on request for the sweet summer days. We will ask you for a deposit of 200€ upon your arrival.
