Ensuite & bedroom, double + bunk in lovely house

The house has been recently re-fitted and has 5 ensuite rooms for guests. The Host selects tidy and behaved guests only. There is a maximum of 7 people in the house and with most guests busy schedules ( work, home hunting or sightseeing) you often have the house to yourself. There are shared areas including 2 kitchens stocked with appliances and cookware, Lounge area, dining area, games room, large verandah ( views and breezes.) The space Your room of 11.5 m2 comes with a Double bed, recently purchased quality mattress and bedding, solid and secure door, crimsafe security screening, venetians, wardrobe, fridge and ceiling fan. In addition your 3.2 m2 ensuite is recently refurbished. For long term guests who feel uncomfortable with a bunk bed, a different bed can normally be swapped in. Guest access We utilize electronic access. We have security camera around the perimeter. We have good , free and unlimited on-street parking and 2 off-street parks via a narrow driveway. During your stay I am only just a km away and have my mobile phone on to help in any way. Similarly I can respect your privacy and leave you alone. I text when coming to do any maintenance on the property. Other things to note We attempt to look after guests, especially in regards to extending their stays as we find guests need this flexibility.
